Cranberry Hearth Tonic

This was designed, visually, to evoke your traditional health potion, but I kept making it because it tastes great and goes down well too.

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Half-cup cane sugar, preferably raw
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splash of white or apple cider vinegar
  • Top with water and/or ice to fill container and extend
  • (Optional) 2 to 4 tea bags for cold-brewing on the go

This is designed to fill a 32 ounce, stainless-steel water jug, but can easily be adjusted to fit other sizes by reducing amount of water and halving other ingredients. However, bigger batches are better with this one, as its designed for maximum hydration and thirst-quenching!
